Japanese automaker Honda has unveiled a special edition of its SUV CR-V. The Hindustan Times reports that the Delhi ex-showroom price is Rs 29.49 lakh. Priced at Rs 1.23 lakh more than the standard CR-V, the vehicle has attractive exteriors and interiors.

In the international market, Honda launched the facelifted CR-V last year. The model comes with a number of upgrades, including lower chrome components on the nose, a more aggressive front bumper, an updated rear bumper and darker components inside the headlamps.

There are several cosmetic upgrades in the Special Edition CRV. The car is a CR-V model launched in the global market.

The 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder, CRH-V, SHC I-VTEC petrol produces 152 bhp at 6,500 rpm. The CRV engine produces 189 Nm of torque at 4,300 rpm. CVT transmission is provided.

The vehicle has a shiny black grille instead of the chrome-finished grille found on the regular model. The headlamps are completely LED. The grille is integrated with the headlights. The bottom of the front bumper is completely new. At the same time there is no major change in the side profile of the SUV. A new bumper was provided at the rear.

Inside is a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, powered driver's seat, ambient lighting, cruise control, lane watch camera, panoramic sunroof and dual-zone climate control. Includes six airbags, electronic parking brake, ABS with EBD and Hill Launch Assist. The vehicle is available in five different colors: Golden Brown Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, Radiant Red and Lunar Silver Metallic.

The new model also comes with a hands-free power tailgate, 18-inch new alloy wheels, LED headlamps with DRLs with active cornering lights, and LED fog lights.
