Japanese automaker Toyota has introduced the 2021 Land Cruiser. According to Auto Car India, the new Land Cruiser 300 Series weighs 200 kg less than the current Land Cruiser 200 model.
The vehicle arrives on the new TNGA platform. Although the platform has changed, the Land Cruiser 300 version has the same length, width and height as the Land Cruiser 200 version. 230mm ground clearance and approach and departure angles remain the same. The main attraction at the front is the chrome grille. The new grille is designed to enhance the road presence of the Land Cruiser. The exterior features tri-beam LED projector headlamps, redesigned and sporty bumpers, a muscular bonnet and 18-inch alloy wheels.
The new Toyota Land Cruiser comes in two engines, a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 petrol producing bhp and 650 Nm of torque, and a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 diesel producing 304.5 bhp and 700 Nm of torque. The gearbox is a 10-speed automatic transmission with both engines. The new Toyota Land Cruiser will be the first to hit the market in Russia and the Gulf countries.
