German carmaker BMW has unveiled a special edition model of its luxury premium sedan, the 7 Series. Gadiwadi.com reports that the vehicle will be unveiled at the 2021 Shanghai Auto Show. The vehicle comes in a new color option. According to reports, the main feature of the vehicle is this color option which is a combination of Kashmir Silver Metallic and Aventuraine Red Metallic.

BMW is introducing the bespoke paint scheme for the Chinese market only. Moreover, it is reported that the company will manufacture only 25 units of this model.

The colors of the BMW 7 Series Two-Tone Special Edition are split at the shoulder-line. The silver metallic finish for the wing mirrors, bonnet, pillars and roof gives it a subtle and premium appeal. The red metallic paint on the front is applied to the underside of the headlamps.

The 6.6 liter V12 engine powers the 7 Series Special Edition. It is said to be the same engine used by the M760Li xDrive variant above the 7 Series in many international markets. This engine produces a maximum power of 577 bhp and 850 Nm of torque. The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is reportedly the main competitor to the BMW 7 Series.
